Nutriz M is a 100% vegetable based, rice milk powder, for use in production of rice milk. It is composed of more than 95% (dry matter) rice and its natural derivatives and it is completely lactose and cholesterol free. Nutriz M is designed to have the opacity, flavor characteristics and mouthfeel of typical 2% fat milk. The Nutriz M products are completely stable in time.

Nutriz M can provide dairies with an easy to use complementary product to their typical fluid milk beverages. To process, the powder is added to water, pasteurized and homogenized, resulting in a white creamy milk alternative. The Nutriz M products can be tailored to customer needs.
