These high amylopectin starches are available with a range of
viscosity and stability characteristics. Waxy rice starches are
known for their freeze/thaw stability, creamy fat-like mouthfeel and
high water binding capacity. Some varieties that exhibit unique
process stability without the use of chemical modifying agents are

Modified Rice Starch: Modified versions
of both waxy and non-waxy rice starches are available for added
process stability. Special modified rice starches have been created
to replace gelatin in a wide range of applications. |
Organic Rice Starch: Our organic rice
starch is produced from whole organic polished rice. It is certified
organic through Ecocert. Organic rice starch is used as a thickener
in organic soups, sauces, puddings and other specialty food
